Job Summary Responsible for creating and handling the documentation’s related to processes, procedures in place and/or equipment use such as plans, regulations and policies.
Key responsibilities
  • Responsibility in writing and editing technical documentation.
  • When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, the technical writer will adhere to format, content, styles guidelines, giving consideration to quality and accuracy.
  • Maintaining all the master list of documents and records.
  • Co-ordinating with MR in implementing all the activities which needs to take place considering QMS and ISMS in place.
  • The process requirements for ISO shall be monitored and documented with respect to their frequency of updating. Provides follow up to ensure timely completion of reviews and application changes.
  • Responsible in preparing user manuals, training materials and guides.
  • Co ordinate in both Internal as well as external auditing.
  • Overall responsible in documenting the entire ADBS PROCESS.
  • Maintaining all the docs and records up to date.
  • Overall responsibility in maintaining ISO standards.

 2 - 5 years of experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • ISO 9001:2008
  • ISO 27001:2005
  • Writing Skills
EDUCATION

 
  Any graduate
General Requirements
  • Knowledge on ISO standards: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005
  • Basic knowledge on other certification standards such as CMMI, IEEE.
  • Knowledge required on Documentation Standards.
  • Basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Develop, Implement, communicate and maintain organizations Quality and Security Systems and Policies into compliance with QMS and ISMS requirements.
  • Knowledge required on Internal as well as external ISO auditing.
  • Experience in handling version control and documenting structure.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other department heads and team members.
  • Active in Reading, Writing, Learning, Listening, Co ordination, Judgment and decision making.
  • Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
  • Passion for working in a values based company in alignment with a learning organization.
