Job Project Document Controller
Definition The Document Controller is responsible for the smooth workflow of all documentation related activities in a project. Supports the Engineers in document management and takes over all tasks to release engineers from Document Management administration and control.
Key responsibilities
  • Support the Project Team in all document related services
  • To know and understand the Managing Director's priorities
  • Liaison with the Project team member for preparation of all technical submission.
  • Keep track of all documents correspondences and transactions.
  • Maintain and update all document registers.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Typing Skills (90 w.p.m)
  • Writing Skills
  • Computer Languages
EDUCATION

 
  Any Graduates with Computer knowledge
General Requirements
  • Excellent writing skills -the ability to write clearly and concisely in English.
  • Familiarity in including advanced features such as document properties, numbering, adding headers/footers, indexing, editing features.
  • Experience in versioning and documenting structure.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other team members.
  • Active in Reading, Writing, Learning, Listening, Co ordination, Judgment and decision making.
