| Definition |
Responsible for the development and execution of test plans, test scenarios and test cases for all functionalities assigned. The test engineer may also be responsible for Test environment setup. Must have good command of English language, ability to understand system requirements documentation and develop preliminary testing documentation. Tester Engineer also investigates problems uncovered during testing, recreating those problems as appropriate and executing fix validations. |
| Key responsibilities |
- Responsible for the team to develop, modify and execute software test plans, analyze and write test standards and procedures, maintain documentation of results and consult with development engineers in resolution of problems.
- Ability to read and understand software and/or hardware design specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and make recommendations for product improvements
- You will participate in technical communications within the team and with other groups associated with specified projects.
- A willingness to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department, and company goals.
